Maybe its my Resume!

I'm a nursing student graduating this month, and I've started applying for jobs with no success. I'm always getting an automated message stating that "we've decided to go with a more qualified candidate". Would someone be able to offer resume tips or maybe take a look at my résumé. Thanks all help is appreciated

I'd venture to guess its more about you not having a license. :/

Agree with PP - employers are very reluctant to hire a new grad that has not yet passed NCLEX. Even though most states will let you go ahead and practice as a licensed nurse in the interim period, everything comes to a grinding halt if you do not pass. You are suddenly placed into a limbo situation - not licensed, but occupying a job meant for a licensed nurse. This puts the employer (and you) in a very difficult place. You'll have more luck once you have an actual license.

I was hoping to at least been hired in a position and start after taking the NCLEX. I am not sure why they tell you in school to start applying for jobs.
