U.S.A. Maryland

Hello everyone! I'm just wondering are there any other new grads out there? I am preparing to take my boards on July 12 and I haven't had any luck with my job search. Have you all taken your NCLEX yet? If you have, how did you study? Has anyone gotten a job yet? If so, where and what unit?

hello, i may 2016 grad and just passed my boards. I used kaplan and u world to study and I believe that u world is the closest to the nclex. As far as job search, I have not gotten any call backs, I will be reapplying again now that I have passed the nclex.

Hey! First of all congrats on graduating- huge accomplishment right there! I just passed boards last week and I used Uworld and Kaplan. I highly suggest Uworld it is great. Yes, I had a job offer prior to graduation and I'm starting in the ED in a DC hospital! Good luck to you on your boards. Just remember don't psych yourself out, put in work, review all rationales, and most importantly believe in yourself. You can do it! Good luck :)

Hi. I used the NCLEX Mastery App and Kaplan online, self-paced. Passed the NCLEX at about 120 questions.

I am currently starting to look for jobs in Baltimore.

Good luck!

Wow, I would've thought that since you passed you'd be getting tons of interviews now. Where have you applied?

Thank you! Is there any place in particular that you'd like to work?

BTW: w/ NCLEX Mastery App, I followed the 90 day plan (find the guidelines under one of the menus). With Kaplan, you can find a 50$ off coupon code online somewhere.

Hopkins is where I'd like to work.
