Math problem help!!!

Here it is:

Order: Bolus of 4g over 30 min then 2g/hr

On Hand: 20g in 1,000ml

At what rate do you bolus?

At what maintenance rate?

Can someone show me how to work this problem. The teacher gave me the answer I just am unsure of the steps to getting the answer.

4 grams/30 minutes
(dose desired)
x 1000 mL/20 grams
(dose on hand)
x 60 minutes/1 hour
(conversion factor) =
400 mL/hour

Maintenance Rate:

2 grams/1 hour
(dose desired)
x 1000 mL/20 grams
(dose on hand) =
100 mL/hour
