Have you heard of a hospital in Oregon that matches your retirement contribution by 200%? I couldn't remember that exact facility, but it was in the job fair in Las Vegas last APril. We are planing to relocate to a better hospital. Oregon is one of the options. Thanks.

It varies. I know at Providence hospitals new nurses start between $23 - $25 an hour without shift differentials. The top of the pay range for regular staff nurses caps at about $35 an hour.
