Master's programs with no experience

I am a 2004 graduate who waited until last year to retake the NCLEX......I passed and all but as all you new grads know, it's hell trying to find positions. I decided to return to school to get my masters with a concentration in midwifery but EVERYONE WANTS ME TO HAVE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I to do?! I am at a point where I don't know what to do with my life!:crying2:

    Hang in there. You are not alone in your frustration. Many new grad programs now are only accepting applications from BSN or MSN grads, so you may be able to get an entry-level position with a MSN.
