Massasoit Fall 2020

Has anyone else applied for the fall of 2020 full time program? How’d you do on your teas? Are you feeling confident with your rubric scores? I’m so nervous!!

My last audit was June 2, but no change in major.... I don't know if that's good or bad.

Just an FYI there is a glitch in DegreeWorks I found out about, so date on audit may not reflect actual audit.

I found this last night..

If you go to the Massasoit home page and click the yellow/orange covid link “Read More” then click on the highlighted “course search” link (under asynchronous course) it will bring you to an alternate “course search”, put in the Fall 2020, Nursing criteria and you’ll be able to see how many spots are taken/available. Looks to me like there’s 15 available spots for FT Lpn to RN ?

Thanks for the tip! Just looked for the part time program says there me is only 22 spots taken out of the 36 open. I called the school yesterday because I thought people need to respond if they were attending by last week but they said there was no updated letter. so just containing to see if I get off the waitlist!

I also looked as well. I'm not sure if I did it right, but the NURS212 B01 is 22/36 slots taken....But if you scroll all the way down to NURS305 B01 the status says 28/33 slots. So I'm very confused and I'm to nervous to call them in fear of rejection.. LOL What did that say about no updated letter? What does that mean?

So I thought that anyone that was accepted had to let them no if they were attending or declining by 6/15 so I waited until yesterday thinking maybe they updated their waiting list but she said no there was no update down yet. What number are you on the waiting list?

My bad on the FT lpn to RN...looks like 25 spots ?‍♀️ 33/58 ?

The slots filled for specific classes are how many people have registered. Some may have accepted the position without adding the actual class section yet so it might not be an accurate representation.

Yes, I understand. I'm just hoping that's not the case ?

Well let me know if you get in I’m #5!

I will! Wish I knew who was ahead of me so I could know if they heard any news yet. Crossing my fingers we get in!

For those waiting to hear about the full time LPN to RN program, I checked my unofficial transcript and it shows my current major as Nurse Education-LPN to RN FT. However, degree works still shows Liberal Arts Transfer. So I suggest checking your unofficial transcript to see if there's any change.
