Malcolm X Nursing Program - Chicago, Spring 2020

Anyone Applying for this Spring Term? I'm so lost on how the Nursing Department is processing all submissions -- and the office has not been helpful in giving clear instructions. Anyone else who has completed this process have any tips? My biggest fear is having all requirements turned in and they are not processed.

Hi everyone,

I just received a general email stating that we have to either accept or decline the offer by emailing back “yes” or “no”, but that if we registered for classes our seat is safe. So if you were offered a seat and haven’t replied to the acceptance email or haven’t registered, you may want to do so before 9 am tomorrow morning.

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of the exact type of shoe to wear? I found a sales 50% on these and am seeing if anyone has white soles, or are you all going with all black?

Did anyone receive the email about their clinical site?? I will be at st Francis in Evanston on Fridays @ 630am.

I did too for St. Francis on the 14th, 2p-8p.

It’s crazy because that clinical date is my first day of class, so it seems like I’m getting thrown into the battlefield right away lol.

Ah I didn’t get the email! When did you guys receive that?

@NellBelle714

Did you just receive it today?

Did everyone get the same location for the clinical sites? or are there different ones?

@ramop289

Just to be on the safe side, get shoes that are either totally black or totally white. Thats what the email says. Or you can call them and ask?

Also, everyone, I got st joseph hospital at 6:30am on Thursdays. They could place you anywhere in the city tbh . Not everyone will go to the same site

Okay thank you!. I’m gonna ask one last time lol... when did you get that email?
