How has the process been for you? I completed all infomation required for the Medical Docs however the MyCCC system says that It is still incomplete.

Did you have to show proof of CNA Certification or did they look that info up on the Healthcare Database for you? I just passed my certification exam ?.

Email ****** ? She has been really great at updating everything for me. I completed my TEAS in March and was wondering why it never processed right away but when I emailed her she changed it to "Completed" right away

Everything on my application still says incomplete has well. It’s a bit frustrating because I’ve submitted everything. Have they updated your application yet?

@steve The only thing that says "completed" so far on my application is the Background Check, ATI TEAS placement exam and Proof of High School Grad"

Ok, nothing on my application says completed. I called and spoke to someone in the nursing department and they said that they were waiting for this last round of TEAS tests before they finished processing everyone’s applications. I just took the TEAS yesterday so Im hoping by next week they should start looking over my app. It’s making me anxious though. Really want to get in

I also applied to the program. I spoke to an advisor there a couple of days ago, and I asked when they update the checklist after you submit things. They said they check everyones' applications periodically. I did the TEAS last week and it updated to "complete" on Tuesday. The other items still show incomplete. I submitted the rest of the things on Monday.

I have also applied to Malcolm X's nursing program for Spring 2020. I have everything completed, except the drug test. I've been instructed to wait until I am officially accepted to do the drug test. Did they tell you guys that as well or you guys already complete the drug test? Thanks!

Yes, you don't have to get drug tested until the program starts

Is anyone’s application showing that its completed? Even though I’ve submitted everything, it’s still showing incomplete on some items.

Same. On castlebranch, all my medical documents show as complete in castle branch (except the drug test). But when I log into my student portal and go to selective applications, I still see my medical documents as incomplete. I emailed Lashonda from admissions, she said that the nursing office is still reviewing medical documents.

I guess that means they just haven't gotten around to updating our applications yet. But all my other stuff is complete (TEAS, background check, etc)

I was told that drug test should be taken only when you are accepted to the program. My documents still show incomplete, hopefully by this week everything is done.

How long did it take for castle branch to process your documents? There was an issue with some of my medical documents and they had to be uploaded again. I’m nervous that they won’t be shown as complete by the 15th.
