Making a decision and utilising a pro and con list related to hospital and grad prog?

Hi

I have been going for many interviews for the mid year nursing grad program.

I would like to know in order to make me decide on the best hospital grad program for when transitioning from nursing student to RN, what questions help to do a pro and con list. I have come up with such a short list, just need some advice or help with what else I should think about to expand on my list.

So far my choices are: Cardiothoracic surgical or Medical Assessment and Planning Unit.
