Is this the CACI you're talking about?

Child Abuse Central Index | State of California - Department of Justice - Office of the Attorney General

If so, you are looking at an uphill battle. Many program won't accept applicants with certain types of charges. If you were able to make it into a program, you're then looking at having to be approved to attend the clinical sites which will pose a large problem, then you'll have to make it past the BON to take NCLEX.

Your best bet is to contact the BON and the programs you're looking at, let them know why you're on that list, and see what they say.

Nobody here can tell you if you'll be able to become an LPN.

Contact your state BON before you challenge the NCLEX or try to enter a nursing program. That way you don't waste any time.

Im on the same as you! Did you end up contacting the BON? & if so what happend?
