LVN to RN

I am looking for a LNV to RN program in the Dallas / Ft Worth area ..online would be great ! Does anyone know of a good program and how competitive they are to get into ?

I don't know of any local online LVN-to-RN programs in the DFW area. Many nurses in the DFW area have bridged from the LVN to the RN through Excelsior College's distance based RN program.
