lvn to rn program in the philippines?

i was just wondering if there were any universities in the philippines that had the lvn program to the bsn-rn program..im about to graduate the lvn program here in california and me and my friends are wondering if there was a bridge program or something in the philippines..the DON at my school said that its just a year and a half more if i go to the philippines but i have to have my lvn license..i dont know?? i just want to get the rn!

i am not a expert on this by any means, but if you obtained your rn out of the country wouldn't you have to jump through many hoops to be able to transfer it to ca. i don't know it just seems like nursing school suicide.
