LVN to RN (ADN) Programs in Nor Cal - nights & weekends

I'm currently at Skyline college finishing up my science classes to apply for RN programs. I was initially going to do CSM, but when I talked to my boss about it, I felt a tad discouraged by her "support" in accommodating an alternate schedule (I work clinic hours M-F, 8-5). I really want to get my RN as I already have another program in mind to get my masters. Any suggestions? If the schedule is right, I would even consider doing SoCal programs.

Thanks in advanced!

The website at the CA RN BON has all the accredited programs. So of them do have other schedules. National University near Modesto has one night a week for classes, then weekend clinicals. You might be able to find someone to do the commute with on the evening class. I know several from the Sac area who commute one night a week.

Thanks! I'll look into that. One night a week sounds feasible.

I'm at ccsf and they have an lvn-RN program try there. They have an application process every semester

How is your schedule, though? I'm not sure how flexible my work will be with me.

the first 4 weeks of the 1st semester is crazy but it gets easier, 2nd semester schedule is real laid back. in class 4 days a week but three of them i am out of class by 1:00. the other is clinical day and I'm out by 330.
