Hi Everyone!
I'm in my last step in getting into the FAS LVN program in CA that starts in Jan 09. My interview is tomorrow afternoon. I was hoping if anyone had any tips or have an idea of what questions they're going to throw out there that I can get prepared for. I've worked so hard and I'm the type that just rambles on and doesn't know when to stop:uhoh3:. I don't want to blow this great opportunity. If anyone out there has any suggestions, I would very much appreciate it.

Just try to keep your cool, and answer the questions thoughtfully and honestly (...and concisely ). I was kind of thrown for a loop (I guess I did rather well on the pre-entrance testing) when the program director asked me "What do you do to keep your mind so sharp ???" I had to laugh - yeah, I'm older than the average nursing student (50), but I'm not THAT old !!!!! I had a good laugh, but was a strange question to answer ...... said that, quite honestly, I didn't know - I try to eat well and take care of my body (including vitamins/supplements), read a lot, spend time online, and play my guitars. Must've worked, as I'm 6 months into an 11 month program, and things are going shmooooth
