ltc facilities

i will be moving to fayetteville to be closer to family in august.. {Family originally from north carolina } anyway on this site i only see things related to hospitals. i have been an rn 1 year and 4 year lpn experiece prior to that with no hospital experience{ 5 years ltc and home health total} but i dont have any desire to work in a hospital. anyone know of any long term care facilities hiring? are there a lot of these facilities around fayetteville? pay rate? Right now i am working with bayada,maxim, and psa.and i might transfer with them down there. anyone know the pay rate of these agencies and is there plenty of work with them? i have vent,trach, and gt experience with peds and adults.n
