LR-DR Rotation

:specs:, hi everyone, next week will be the start of our LR-DR Rotation, it's natural to feel anxious and the pressure for a new rotation. Can anyone please share a or solicite advices, regarding LR_DR rotation, things that i need to know, topics / concepts needs to be reviewed, procedures that needs mastery,etc.:) If you happen to know any sites, online book references or has personal notes regarding the concepts applicable to Labor and delivery rotation ,please do share it with me and the rest of the aspiring student nurses. Specializes in Neonatal ICU (Cardiothoracic).

Be very familiar with monitor strip readings, eg various types of decels. Also familiarize yourself with the stages of labor, and stations, eg +1, -2, etc... Initial newborn care is also helpful to review, in case you get to assist with it...
