I will have my interview on monday, Any recommendation on how to get really for it??

I'm soooo excited/ nervous!! My interview is Thursday :) Good luck everyone!!

Just got back from my interview, I think it went well, but only time will say if I get acepted, now waiting time

Good luck SaraRivas!!!

Smile a lot and try to relax. They usually don't take time to introduce themselves because you only have 15 minutes. They usually have 5 on the panel but one instructor just retired so their may only be four of them. Naturally most of the questions are to learn how you would handle a particular situation or how prepared you are to start AND complete the program. They have had a few people to take seats and not complete the program. It isn't fair to others that are waiting to get into the program if you accept a seat for which you are not fully committed to completing. One of our instructors has a saying that you can do anything for one year. Sometimes that is harder than it sounds.

Good luck to all of you on your interviews. The program is fast paced but you will get out of it what you are willing to invest. Learn some of your senior classmates for tips on clinical sites and how to approach your instructors about problems. They have a facebook page that is closed but you can friend them to see if they will allow you to join after your acceptance letters.

Keep good record of all your clinical hours and make copies of everything. You will thank me a year from now!

They still have 5 people on the panel and yes there isnt much time for introductions but they are really nice.

thank You for all your advice, it will be very helpfull

Hello everyone! I just finished my interview today and they were all very nice. Hopefully I did well on the interview. They were all so nice I couldn't get a feel for how I was doing.

Thanks for the luck!!!!! I did my interview today and I think it went great. Fingers crossed that we get in!!!!! A few things I found out today.........There were 120-150 applicants, only 50 people got selected for an interview, and there are only 25 seats open. I think those are good odds. Did anyone ask when letters are going out?? It totally slipped my mind.

SaraRivas I think I saw you today... I had my interview right before yours I think. I think I did well too but I couldn't tell by their outward appearance because they were all so nice. Fingers crossed indeed! Good luck!
