Please anyone tell me. Can a LPN with IV certification draw blood from the antecubital for a cholesterol test. If you know the answer or know where I can find the answer please respond.

Doesn't it depend on the institution? I worked at a rehab facility and everyone drew blood, LPN's and RN's. If a phlebotomist (sp?) can do it, why can't a LPN?
