If I get my LPN certification in one state..do I need to take the test in each state that I want to work in to be certified there?

Hello, Ariel,:balloons:

No, once you have successfully passed the NCLEX, you will not need to take this again. You just apply for licensure in the state/s you desire to work.

Also, you will be licensed, not certified.:)

I was just looking at a few different state boards...would it be called Licensure by Endorsement?

Correct again. Just check with each BON of the state you wish to work. Most have online instructions on how to do this.
