Looking for a nurse who cared for me

I don't know if this is allowed, or how to go about it. I want to find a nurse who cared for me a few years back. She assisted with the delivery of my son. He is a beautiful five year old now. She inspired me to become a nurse. I finished nursing school and am taking boards later this month. I had lost my mother to cancer a few months prior to having my son. I was a hot mess and she took the time to go the extra mile. We visited her on his first and second birthday. I'm not sure if she still works there. I have her name but am not sure about posting it. I don't want to violate any rules. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!
