Looking at Hospice care

Hello Everyone,

I have been an RN for more then 25 years and am wanting to get back into nursing. I took 15 years off to raise my children. I took a refresher course and then spent 5 years in a private setting. My experience is long term care and 11 years in acute care setting.

I do not want to go back into the acute care setting. My desire is Hospice nursing. When I was in the acute care setting I was an oncology nurse and also did med/surg.

I have had a couple interviews and just waiting to hear if I have an opportunity.

Not sure what else to do.
