Hello All!
Just finished my BSN at WGU (loved it!!!) and have finally decided to go for my nurse practitioner. Looking to end up with a DNP. Any recommendations? I am overwhelmed by my options, and Allnurses members lead me the right way for my BSN!
Need Online, and Preferably in FLA for in states tuition, but that is not a deal breaker at all!
Thanks in advance!

Try South University. Just be sure to check that they are CCNE accredited.
Also I would use the search function to find out schools that have previously accepted WGU students. The problem is that some schools may not accept your competency based 3.0 GPA. I know that University of South Alabama will not accept you for FNP unless your GPA is a little higher, say 3.4 or 3.5. However, I have read on this site before about students being accepted to NP programs after attending WGU.
Sorry to keep adding, but I may as well give you the names of some that I've previously looked into (currently I'm a USA student). University of Maryville, University of Cincinatti, Walden University, Simmons, and Gerogetown. The last two are expensive, but high student satisfaction as far as I can tell.
Thanks for all your info! I am looking at USA as well, but if they won't take my WGU 3.0, I will take them off my list
