Looking for BPcup and stethoscope

Does anyone have any info on where to get one free? I am taking a CNA course through the Red Cross that is paid for. I am currently waiting for unemployment benefits,or hopefully find a job. I have no income whatsoever and no money to buy a kit..........I know some drug reps give this stuff away. Just a thought........
