hi was wondering how many year training sudent nurses have to undergo in countries such as the philippines, india, south america

was also wondering if anybody knows of any differences between the training of the countries that i have mentioned and the training that is received in the uk?

India is usually three to four years. The Philippines is four years now for the BSN. It used to be five years.

India and the Philippines do not stress assessment skills as this is the doctors' responsibility in the hospitals.

In South America, it varies form country to country.
