Lone Star CC - Integrated vs Block?

Greetings, everyone!

I will be attending Lone Star Community College in Houston, TX, in the spring 2018, with the goal of being admitted to the nursing program in Fall 2018. While researching the programs, I noticed there were two types of AAS degrees - Integrated and Block.

Can someone help me understand the difference? I'm pretty confused. I noticed that the Block program only available at the CyFair campus, while the Integrated programs are at pretty much all campuses. What's the difference, outside of availability on campuses? I'm trying to narrow down my decision between this program and Houston Community College and understanding the difference between the Block and Integrated programs will help, so much.
