What do you like most about LPN nursing?

    In context of home health, I love being able to advocate for my patients and perform my visits without having to do recerts and opens lol. In general I feel that I'm more of a bedside nurse as an LPN in home health which I love, while a lot RN's are forced to do much of the paperwork that goes along with recerts, opens and discharges. On regular visits, as an LPN in CO I'm calling doctors, labs, pharmacies, performing my interventions and using my nursing judgment everyday and I love it and of course if I encounter something that I'm unfamiliar with, my RN is on speed dial lol she and I work very well with each other!!
