Licensure

I am an LPN student and will graduate in July. On my background check I had some not so good stuff that was falsified against me and I wasn't convicted, just arrested and the people who really did it did get the charge finally. Credit card fraud!! The charge doesn't show up in the town it occurred but does show up on my background check. Will this keep me from getting my license? If I get it expunged will it go away?

I don't think we can advise you, legally speaking, on this board. I do hope things work out for you though. I really think you should seek the advice of a lawyer. I used this website once to ask a free legal question http://www.lawguru.com/. Good luck!
