I am applying for Licensure for Endorsement in CA (RN moving from Colorado) and have a question related to the large amount of paperwork and detail involved in the process - just don't want to mess it up.
There is a section on pg 12 of 18 that has to be completed by the School Official Releasing Transcripts. Do they have to mail that form directly to the State Board in California OR can I collect all the necessary forms and mail it myself with the sealed envelope of official transcripts?
Secondly, if I get a paperless verification of licensure on http://www.nuryses.com where and how do I indicate that on the application?
THANK YOU!!!

You fill out the top part (section A) of the transcript request, then send it to your school -- probably the office of student services, registrar's office, or something like that. They fill out the bottom part (section B), attach an official transcript, and mail it direct to the BON. I think the BON will not accept a transcript that comes from you, whether or not it's accompanied by that request form.
As far as Nursys goes, IIRC, I don't think you need to indicate that on the application. When you go through Nursys, you're basically allowing them to respond to verification requests from any state licensing body for a certain period of time (60 days, I think). That's why they tell you to have the rest of your endorsement application ready to go, so that the CA BON will process it and contact Nursys to verify you before that period of time expires.
ETA: Just looked on the Nursys website -- now they're requiring you to specify the state that you're intending to be licensed in, so presumably they send their own notification to that BON that your verification is available online.
