License on Probation

Can anyone tell me if your license has been placed on probation how you can get a job. Do companies hire people with probationary licenses. You still have a nursing license I guess - you just cant make a mistake right? I have a new job and my license will be placed on probation in early Feb. Will I be able to keep my job if the reason that I was placed on probation didnt happen at my new job? Help with info!

It depends on the reason that your license is being put on probation. And this is something that your new employer should be aware of, as you will not have what is called an unencumbered license. It is going to have restrictions on it, such as certian things that you may not be able to do.
