Lee College ADN Program

Is anyone here in the Lee College nursing program? I have been accepted into the Spring group and I am wondering if any of you can give me some advice on what to expect. I hear that it is very very hard...

Are you talking about Lee in Baytown, Texas? I've heard through the grapevine it's an excellent ADN program with an easy articulation to BSN through the university in Beaumont. I haven't found any people here on AN that went to Lee though. Congrats on getting in, I'm sure it'll be awesome. :)

Yes, Lee College in Baytown, Texas, sorry. Thank you.

Congrats! When I heard someone was starting in the Spring I was SOOOO confused! I've never heard of LC starting ADN in the Spring. I am applying for the Fall. Please, please, please tell me what it takes??? I heard they have turned away people with a 4.0 GPA and mine is only a 3.3  I took Pharm last semester and the instructor and I got along really well. I have to finish getting my "tiders" blood test results and I'll turn in my app next week.

Luckily, this semester I can take classes that apply to my BSN-- Chem, Patho, Nutrition. I'm just horribly nervous about getting in!!! I am applying to 3 programs but I have never been to any other college but LC--eek.

I wish you all of the best luck!!!

Jae
