LATTC RN Spring & Fall 2019 Acceptance

Hi! I applied RN program in September 2017 at LATTC. I keep looking to see if anyone has started a thread for Spring and Fall 2019 and haven't found one. I'm hoping to be in the program by Spring 2019 (finger cross). I'd love to connect with other applicants and keep each other updated on our processes.

That's awesome! If you applied in March and you'll be in for Fall 2018, I probably will be in for Fall 2019 (hopefully) I wonder how many student do they accept each semester... Arghhh the waiting is real!!

Yess it IS REAAL. I also asked a current nursing student how long it took her to get accepted and she said exactly one year ( 2 semesters)! so a year since you filled out the yellow slip (not the mandatory pre-req meeting).

March 2017? That's great news! Sounds like everyone is waiting about two semesters. Hopefully you will get your email soon!

They accept 50 students per semester for their program. But it seems like the go down the list fairly quickly or else we would be waiting much longer. Yes the wait is so awful. Its such an emotional roller coaster. I'm also waiting to hear back form Glendale and I go through days where I feel like it will never happen. Then days where I feel really optimistic. lol

Exactly one year.. Wow that's great! Then I'll look forward to be in the program by Spring 2019. I'm super exciting. By the way, I am going to start study now. I start reading Nursing fundamental and memorizing some drugs.

I applied in June 2017 *hoping* for a Fall 2018 start. I haven't had any luck getting in contact about my waitlist status.

Will they be emailing our personal or school email?

They should send an email to which ever one you put on the application. Like when you got your confirmation email after they verified your pre-reqs, I would assume that's the email they will contact you on.

Heyy everyone, has any of you been accepted for fall 2018? I got a phone call yesterday saying I was an alternate for this upcoming semester, but I just got a call today and I'm in for fall 2018!!!!

Wow! you already got a phone call for fall 18??? when did you submit your application? mine was in September 17 and I was number 123 on the list. I've been calling and emailing them to find out my waiting list progress, but no one answer yet :/ so I give up.

Hey there, i submitted my application June 22nd 2017 I believe. I was never given a number though, they only told me that There's a possibility that I could start fall 2018 but no later than spring 2019. I called again earlier this year and was told that I'd be starting spring 2019. So perhaps people are declining their spots already since I got in sooner.
