Hello !
I am interested in applying for Nursing(Toronto Area) and have the Second Entry Program as my first choice( I have a 4y bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from my home country).
One of the requirements is the english proficiency test. I took a Melab Test almost 3y ago but I understand these tests are valid for only 2y.
So here is my question: does anyone knows for how many years do you have to be in Canada in order not to have to take the english test when applying to university\college ?
This fall it will be exactly 3y since I arrived to Canada.
I called the schools I am interested in but each time I received a different answer from the counselors. They make it so difficult to understand the whole application process...one of them told me that I also have to take Chemistry\Bio\Math courses...another one said that since I already have a bachelor degree is no need for those courses...
So if you don't mind sharing your knowledge about this problem\s, I truly appreciated.

Different programs will have different requirements. You need to pick the program you want to apply to and then meet the requirements for that program.

Second entry programs specify the prerequisites courses so as long as you have those you should be fine but you indicated that your degree was completed in your "home country" so check to see if your degree needs to be validated to ensure that the courses you took are equivalent to their prerequisites.
