LA RN

I am a bit confused and needs your insight…

I am an experienced BSN/RN abroad, though my most recent hospital experience was 2019.  I know my work gap. If you were to choose are you going to find a job with my 7 yrs hospital experience or start as a Versant like in USC hospital.

Is the rate for versant far from experienced RN? how do they based the salary rate for RN here in California? and do they train you when you get hired? or do they assumed being an experienced RN you can handle it already?

thank you!

I know nothing about your situation in California, however I do have experience of returning to nursing after a nearly two year gap. I had forgotten nothing! And my return to nursing was in another country!

Your gap is not long and it will all come flooding back. You will surely have an orientation period as in any new job??

Don't underestimate yourself.
