l-140 LUD (last up dated)

LUDs can be considered as a good sign. Atleast it means

1)Your application is safely reached at Nebraska

2)Someone has started working on it.

It could be anything.. If they want more info, the would send an RFE to your employer (and attorney) requesting it. Generally RFE on I 140s are for Valid RN License/CFGNS certiifcate and employers ability to pay.

May be, you could see an approval very soon :)

I do not know anyone else from Nebraska. Most of my friends are at TSC/CSC/VSC

Again, as a matter of fact, generally they wont deny a petition 'just like that'. They will send an RFE first and if the RFE response is not satisfactory then they will send a NOID before denial.

Be opmistic. Your approval is just round the corner. :)

I checked my status though USCIS on line and there is a change in the LUD,none in the status message. Is this a denial? I am under Nebraska Service Center. My Notice of action is April 2005. thanks....

but,... it is normal to have changes in LUD for two consecutive days without update to their status message?does anyone has the same exprerience?, pls share it...thsnks
