Im not ready to apply yet still in the pre-req stage but ...I would like to know did you retake any classes for a better grade or were you getting declined or alternate with the stats you listed?

Your grades look great and I’m sending positive vibes and acceptance letters your way.

Hey Nursemy! Thanks for your kind words!

I did retake one class, chemistry. (If you have not taken Chemistry and plan on taking it at KCC, AVOID to take Ogata’s class). And I was never on alternative list :-( my TEAS was 78.8 and 83 though when I applied now I got it 87.

Oh thanks for the advice, Chen is one of my last pre req this fall. Oh goodness sounds like this program is just as competitive as I’ve heard. I’m hoping my LPN experience gives me a boost but I doubt it ?

best of luck again.

Hey! I'm not ready to apply either but I was wondering what kinda of NA experience you have? Did you just take the NA class at KCC? ?

Hope you get in!

Hey!

Im a licensed practical nurse hoping to do the bridge program but willing to apply to the traditional program as well. I didn’t attend kcc for the LPN program

Hey x3, I have worked at adult day care and mostly work homecare. As long as you have any experience with NA license, that should be considered

Hey! I am also applying for Spring 2020

Pre-req: 3 B's (2 labs and 1 lecture) Rest A's

Co-req: 2 A's

TEAS: 84.7%

Experience: CNA Certificate and 6 month CNA work experience

I want to re-take my classes I got B's in. I took those classes in 2012/2013 when I wasn't serious about school :(

Probably have to re-take TEAS again but hoping I can still get accepted!

You're scores look great and I'm confident you will get in!! :)

Hi Guys!

I’m going to apply for spring 2020 as well..

Prereqs - all As

Coreqs - all As

CNA certified with experience

TEAS - 74..:(

I wish I could retake the Teas but KCC doesn’t have any available at the end of August..

Goodluck everyone!

Hi Kayne24,

when did you take your teas?

Hi justine9,

I took it last May 31st..

Your straight A’s and experience is very good! I know you got a very good chance! And isn’t the minimum 65%?
