Kaplan users...plz help!!!

HIII....i am using kaplan's q bank...n i am having a technical problem ....while doing the numerical questions when i try to fill in the number and after getting done the next button to submit the answer never activates nd i can't do anything except suspending the test ...any suggestions.......!!!!!

That is odd...I would call Kaplan tech support. The number should be on your welcome page. Sorry I can't help more.

Hey I think I know what the problem is...

I was sort of having the same problem. If the question is asking "How many cc's" or "how many mL", simply put your answer as "1.5" not "1.5 cc" or "1.5 mL". It will not register that you have entered an answer if there is any other information other than the number. It is the same in the NCLEX. I just took mine on Friday and found out this morning that I passed with the help of Kaplan! Keep doing questions, I did about 300+ a day for a week before my test. Good luck!

I also found that Firefox and googles chrome didn't work that well with kaplan, BUT Internet Explored worked just fine!!

oh hi dream1987! good to hear from you again :) first of all, you might want to try updating your real player. sometimes if it's outdated it tends to lag on some parts of the vids. i don't believe realplayer has anything to do with the qbank though, except for the vids. if none of the advices helped at all, i suggest you call technical support.

so i was thinking. did u re-schedule by any chance?? i was assuming you took it on the 21st if i'm not mistaken?
