Kaplan exam

Has anyone taken the kaplan exam for fundamentals of nursing 1+2? I'm going to be taking it next week and I was wondering if anyone has taken it before and could tell me what the expect!

Thanks!

I've taken it, my school also did the HESI and I think Kaplan is much better. Its set up exactly like the NCLEX so it can have a mixture of multiple choice, math, pictures etc. Personally I bought a bunch of Kaplan test question books and they helped me prepare not only for their subject exams but the Exit exam as well. Doing a lot of those types of questions will get you used to how to answer them. But I feel the Kaplan is more straightforward compared to the Hesi. Just breathe and try to relax during the exam I'm sure you'll do great!

I would suggest that you go on Kaplan and take their practice exams it will give you a feel for the way they word their test. I tried to tell a few of my classmates that this is what they should do but they didn't listen until after the test then they were having a whine fest..I asked them why do you think the professors make the practice test available?
