Kaplan Exam next week

HI! I am supposed to have my Kaplan Exam next week. I was told they would be sending an email soon with the information to follow about getting into the exam. Is it proctored by a live person or computer? Is there a software I need to download prior? I just wanna make sure my computer has the correct software and does not glitch!! Can someone let me know! I am nervous that there's gonna be an issue like all those online systems ugh, but I hope it goes well
