Kaiser Phone Interview

Greetings all!

I just a call today and Kaiser will be giving me a phone interview with a recruiter tomorrow for an LVN position in the OC. Can anyone share their input on what kind of questions I can expect? Thanks for your help!

Best wishes on passing the 90 day probation i just got canned for absolutely no reason i can comprehend was told i'm eligible for rehire but must start all over again i'm devastated sick sad depressed ect words can't explain took a lot of work to get in ...but god bless you consider urself hired after the phone interview

Hello, the job hunt has not been good at all. I've been applying to kaiser still, got some response. It is for a group interview, not sure how this will go being that my first time I just did a phone interview and then face to Facebook and was hired. With it this way I have to compete, but I want it bad so god is on my side . For the phone interview the recuriter will get to know you by ask questions such as, why you want to work for kaiser ,and about your experience USA an LVN . God bless you :)
