Kaiser Hiring Process

Hello AN! 
Today I received a verbal job offer from the nurse manager I interviewed with. After 20+ applications! I'm super stoked as I used to be an extern at KP & I really liked my time there. I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge on their hiring process. It's a weird time at KP with everything going on. I had a coworker also apply and she completely skipped steps that are listed on KP's "Hiring Process" page. Such as the pre-hire assessments. It seems I did too. Unless they're just going out of order. I applied and jumped straight to the interview. Wondering if anyone has been hired recently & can tell me how long it took from interview to start date? Any recommendations for me to get ahead? TIA!
