Just curious...

For those of you who did your one year of med/surg before moving on, how long did it take you to find your next job?

There are a few things I dislike about my hospital and are making me want to jump ship, so to speak. I toughed it out for a year because I didn't want to look like a job hopper, but now that I've made it, I want out. I've been applying for about a month or so, but haven't really gotten super serious about it until very recently. I'd love to be working somewhere new by mid-spring, start of summer. Any advice?
