Johns Hopkins?

Hubby and I are both ICU nurses, and we've just moved 3.000 miles to be closer to his 11 year old daughter. We're currently working a travel assignment in the DC area, but are buying a house south of Baltimore. We'll be looking for work in the Baltimore area once this contract is up.

What can anyone tell me about Johns Hopkins? Do they treat their nurses well? Do they value their senior staff? Are the pay and benefits good for the area?

Thanks for any help. Also, if someone has suggestions for better places to work in the Baltimore area, I'm looking for any and all suggestions!
