no jobs

hi everyone,

i am a soon to be new grad bsn-rn from the boston area. currently there are NO new grad nursing jobs in the state- it has been very discouraging. i have been told to relocate to another area of the country, but most places that I have looked into seem to be having very similiar problems. can anyone suggest an area of the country that is currently hiring new grads? i would like to remain as close to MA as possible for family reasons, but I am willing to do anything at this point. Any helpful suggestions!

"New Grad" or RN jobs?

rn jobs that provide some kind of orientation/prep period for their new graduate nurses, does that make any sense. sorry to be confusing!

Nursing Orientation is usually tailored to your skill level, no expirence or plenty of exirence. If you sell (interview yourself) as someone looking for a prep peroid then your not going to be marketable. That's what nursing school did-give you the skills to do your job! You can usually ask in the interview "what kind of support and education do you have for new grands?" Have you gone on many interviews?
