Starting point for Canada would be deciding which province you plan on living and working in. Then you need to check out the provincial college of RN's requirements for International trained nurse and meet their requirements. They will then decide whether to give you eligibility to sit CRNE or you have to sit some form of assessment. Most have to sit the assessment and most have to do some form of course/s before receiving eligibility to sit CRNE. Only when you get to this stage can you start looking at working as most if not all employers will ask for either pass or eligibility to sit CRNE. Then you have to start the process enabling you to live and work in Canada. Suggest checking out the Canadian forum in regards job situation in the difference provinces and Nurse Registration for the process for registration and finally immigration in regards the immigration process for Canada. All 3 forums can be found under the orld tab above
