Job after conviction

I have a misdemeanor conviction for attempted resisting/obstructing/assaulting an officer that occurred after an instance of intimate partner violence. I self reported and went through the licensing agency's evaluation and assessment and found not to have any substance abuse or mental health issue that would warrant a monitoring contract. I have a clean, unrestricted license. But - because my conviction is "assaultive" in nature, I have a 3 year ban on working in a number of facilities. Prior to this, my 14 year nursing career had been entirely in home health and hospice. I am lost trying to navigate what I can do. I've been going to counseling for CPTSD but still trapped in an abusive marriage. It's been a challenge. I need someone better encouragement and direction.
