Hi I need advice about a job switch. I am currently working as a CNA on medsurg/trauma floor and for almost a year and have learned so much on this floor and have floated to different floors and gained experience there, but I feel like i Need something new. Currently there is two positions at my hospital that have openings I am interested in. One is doing a Er tech, and the other is being a monitor tech/ICU tech. Its a tough choice to choose and transfer too and want help in making the right decision.

I am in nursing school right now and in my Psych rotation going from my BSN and I want to graduate and work in the ICU so later I can go back and become a Acute care nurse practitioner. Let me know your thoughts and feelings in what would be a better choice to choose for the experience and job outlook.
