JJC Spring 2011

Hello all! I was recently accepted into the Day RN program at JJC for Spring 2011. My preference was evening but I figured I could work things out if accepted into the day program. I realize now that attending the day program will put too much strain on my family. JJC told me that I could get into the evening program only if someone who was accepted into the evening program was willing to trade spots with me. So I thought that I would post in the unlikely event that someone out there has a similar situation as myself and would rather attend the day program.

I am also wondering if I give up my day spot from Spring 2011 if JJC will allow me to reapply again for Fall 2011.

Thank you

There is a JJC 2011 thread under pre-nursing students, so perhaps you can post there as well. Good luck with switching. I hope i did this link correctly!: JJC Spring 2011? - Nursing for Nurses

When it comes time for your orientation try to talk to the instructers and the Head of the department ( She will be there) i know a few people who have switched over. Also, definatly try to thread that was posted above..their are several new JJC students on there..so that may be a good start!:nurse:

Thank I will post there.

I'm in the evening program (starting in January). We were all sent an email saying if we wanted to switch...this was probably about you. I work full time during the day, so I can't switch. Hope everything works out for you.
