IV therapy training and certification

:) I am getting ready to take this through NFLPN org. Curious how to prepare for this. I have been reviewing dosage calculations. Reviewing skills book (Potter/Potter) for proper precedure. Since I am not working as LPN yet thought this would be beneficial. Has anyone taken this wondering what to wear casual or professional dress?

I took a course through a pharmacy where I lived. It was on Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours for 2 weeks. The dress was casual although some that came from work had scrubs on. The bookwork was relatively straight forward. We practiced venipuncture on rubber arms, then on classmates, most had good veins. If we could stick 3 classmates at that time, we would get our certification card from the Board of Nursing. If not, we had to get the rest of our sticks within 6 months or repeat the class.
