isoft and nursing

Mt trust is very progressive in its use of epr and we are extending this to e-drug cards and some wards e-nursing notes.

we use isoft which is fine however i was thinking there as a feature for nurses handover but it doesn't seem tolist important nursing handover stuff like risks, mobility, diet risks social etc. Can it be done our ot/phyisco work from this and theya re not replicating work and it woudl be great if we used it more no more repetion.

this comes from scrambing about to mesh thinsg together most of my time is devied between hands on nursing and trying to keep thing organized. sorry been a bad week and i can't work any harder than i do fee i need to work smarter.
