Is there a Waitlist for Houston programs?

Hello,

I was wondering if you guys knew if the Houston-area programs had waitlists or not. I know Lonestar College is based on a point system. What about TWU, UTHSC, UH-Victoria or HCC? If you fulfill the pre-requisites, and you score really well on the entrance exams, would you be able to get in for the semester you apply for, or would you have deferred enrollment of some sort?

For example, I hope to finish the pre-reqs by the end of this summer. Do you think I have a realistic shot of applying for Spring 2011, or would they make me wait until Fall 2011.

    HCC, UT Houston, UTMB and TWU are all competitive entry. I'm not sure about UT Victoria.
